What is the return policy?

Lale Store offers a 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items need to be unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging, and you should have proof of purchase to be eligible.

If you need to return a purchase, you should contact Lale Store’s support via email within that 14-day period to initiate the return.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Some items are final sale and cannot be returned. In particular, Lale Store does not accept returns on:

  • Sale items (any discounted or clearance merchandise is final sale.
  • Gift cards (cannot be returned or refunded).
  • Certain custom or personalized items (these special items will be marked as non-returnable before purchase)
When will I get my order?

Orders are processed and shipped out quickly. In general, Lale Store prepares and dispatches orders within 1–2 business days of your purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times after shipment will vary based on your location, but typically you can expect your order to arrive in approximately:

  • Within Portugal: ~1–3 business days for delivery.
  • Within other EU countries: ~3–7 business days for delivery.
  • To the United Kingdom: ~4–8 business days for delivery (allowing extra time for customs, if applicable).

Keep in mind these are estimates – actual delivery times may vary slightly due to factors like local postal delays or customs processing. Lale Store will do its best to get your order to you as soon as possible, and the tracking information will let you follow the package’s progress.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location (and order total):

  • Within Portugal: Shipping is free on all orders in Portugal, with no minimum purchase required.
  • Within European Union countries: For EU customers, orders under €50 have a standard shipping fee of €2.99, while orders €50 and above qualify for free shipping. Additionally, Lale Store often advertises free EU shipping on any order over €50 as a perk.
  • To the United Kingdom: There is a flat £5.90 shipping rate on all orders shipped to the UK. Regardless of order amount.

Note: The exact shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value, so you’ll always see the shipping cost (if any) before you finalize your purchase. Lale Store also provides free shipping promotions in certain cases (for example, free Portugal shipping and free EU shipping over €50, as noted above.)
